How did a group of three young individuals come together?
As a young IT consultant, Thomas (CEO) was confronted a lot with colleagues experiencing burnouts. In the current working environment, high pressure and fragmented scheduling is the new normal. Looking at what is present in the market, Thomas noticed that almost all solutions were not providing insights. And the ones that did, required so much user input, that it was annoying to use. This made Thomas join forces with his co-founders, Alexander and Thomas.
